Clean, comfortable, it was great.
Nothing.
This hotel is great I asked for a king bed, they wanted to give me a twin bed overlooking the car park. I upgraded to a Jr. suite overlooking the water.

Very helpful staff.
No taxis, just private limos.
Excellent facilities, clean and spacious. Although away from center of London, great transportation links on the doorstep with light rail service.
